By using this website or placing an order with ATXoniqed TCG, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products
We sell authentic Pokemon Trading Card Game products, Pokemon plushies, One Piece Trading Card Game products, and other collectibles. Unless otherwise noted, products are new and factory sealed (when applicable). Minor manufacturer packaging imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Orders
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that time, all sales are final.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for items damaged during shipping. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and damaged item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless required by law. All items are photographed before shipment. Claims may be denied if returned items show damage beyond the documented condition.

Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

Changes
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
