Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel an order within 15 minutes of placing it. After the 15 minute cancellation window has passed, all sales are considered final and orders cannot be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
To request a return for a damaged item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, and the damaged item.

Do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
All products are photographed and documented prior to shipment. Returned items must not exhibit damage beyond what is documented at the time of shipment. Returns that show additional damage, signs of misuse, or damage inconsistent with the documented condition may be denied or receive a reduced refund.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, changes of mind, or price fluctuations in the collectibles market.
